Childhood & Carrier

When Troian was three years old she made her acting debut in the film Last Rites, 1988. From 1990 to 2007, she guest starred on Quantum Leap, Tequila and Bonetti, JAG, First Monday and NCIS, television series that were produced by her father. In november 2009 she was cast as Spencer Hastings in pretty little liars. In october 2011, Troian wrote and created her own movie.

Bellisario revealed in early January 2014 that she went through personal problems through high school, resulting in an eating disorder and self-harming problems.  "I was the youngest daughter, the perfect little girl," she said. "My school was a very intense college prep school. So it was about wanting to please my father and mother and wanting to be perfect to everybody."

We have already seen two flashbacks with them together. The first was in S03E17 when Ali came to prison for meeting Toby, and she wanted to know if he was the one who sending A messages? The other flashback was in S04E01 when they almost kissed, and then Tobys mom came in and Toby asked if there was something wrong with here? Then Ali sad that it's nothing wrong with here, she's just lazy. And then Toby threw here out.

What do you think the flashback will be about? Tobys feelings for Ali? Or maybe something about he's mother?

On the yellow note, is the text (medical records), and the note is on the picture of Melissa. Does that means that Melissa is lying about something?

And why is it "Dr." and not just Dr. without the (")? Is Wren lying about to be a doctor, or what?
